Commercial Banking Institution I Pasadena, CA

Aguilar Architects, Inc. provided architectural and interior design services for a national banking institution’s corporate facilities and bank branches throughout Southern California. This project, which was completed under a three-year Master Agreement, resulted in tenant improvements to the retail banking and main call center facility in Pasadena.

The work scope included test fit plans; city permits; construction administration; tenant improvement construction documents; and specialized engineering services such as MEP, fire protection, acoustical engineering, structural engineering, power, and low voltage design. Aguilar Architects, Inc. also coordinated with the client’s vendors and contractors, including data, signage, volt, telecommunications, and FF&E.
