Crestline Center I Atlanta, GA

Guillermo Aguilar, AIA led the planning and architecture of this 47-acre corporate office and mixed-use development in Perimeter Center, an edge city in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The center, owned by Homart Development Corporation, contains 3.5 million SF of office space, a 375-room hotel, and 50,000 SF of retail space. Twenty acres of this development were dedicated as open space, including the preservation of a major southern pine tree grove present at the site. The project involved rezoning, land and building development, master planning, and urban design. Infrastructure construction included a major water feature and off-site improvements.
