Holmes Hall I Los Angeles, CA

This 28,000-GSF facility is home to the Psychology, Law, and Philosophy departments at Los Angeles City College. The project included a complete renovation of the interior and exterior spaces while ensuring that the design retained the building’s historical value. The building was upgraded to meet ADA and Title 24 code compliance.

Guillermo Aguilar served as the principal designer on the project and obtained DSA approvals.
