Lifestyle Center I Riverside County, CA        

Aguilar Architects, Inc. was retained to provide site master planning, design, and entitlement services for a confidential new Lifestyle Center in Riverside County. The proposed Lifestyle Center will include up to 650,000 SF of mixed-use space consisting of shops and restaurants, a 250-room boutique hotel, offices, and a pedestrian-oriented central plaza. It will also include approximately 75 residential units in a variety of floor plans and lifestyle choices.

The site design and building configurations serve as a model for the successful integration of urban planning, green building system technologies, contemporary yet contextual architecture, and modern construction practices for the mixed-use and retail markets.

This project is located in a pedestrian-oriented community and features walkable access to shops and restaurants. The architecture palette respects the personality, history, and cultural context of its site, resulting in a unique and timeless architectural character.
